2. FESTIVE TIMES
The exchange and return period will be extended on all orders placed from December 1st to January 1st, and may be changed or returned until January 15. The return of any product shall be made as long as it is in the same condition and in its original packaging. Changes during the extended period can only be made for size or color changes.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If, exceptionally, the product has come out defective, we will take care of checking its condition and once confirmed the problem we will send it to the factory to repair it, we will give a new one at no charge to the customer or, in case of not being able to get the product, we will refund the amount.
Nins Mataró may make discounts on the Website and its physical stores. We reserve the right to modify or remove such promotions at any time without notice. Promotions may be exclusive to the Website or physical stores.
5. DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries in Mainland Spain will be made within a maximum period of 3 working days, one more day in case of shipments to the Balearic Islands. If, in exceptional case, an item is out of stock after the purchase is made, we will contact the customer immediately to offer you a solution. The delivery time is indicative and we are not responsible for your delay. In the event of exceeding the indicated delivery time, we will contact the customer to inform them of the problem that may have arisen with the shipping company.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments of more than 45 euros within the Spanish mainland and in the Balearic Islands will be free. Other shipments can be consulted with our Customer Care team by email at email@example.com or by phone at 937 55 00 67.
7. PRODUCT SHEET
